Hello. Have you found any code that would allow to reproduce this issue? I was not able to get such behavior. Your trace would suggest that this is related to some OpenCL objects keeping references to other objects - or not checking when those objects are None.
I intend to upload new PyOpenCL version soon (hopefully next week). It'd be great if you could check this issue with new version. There is already one issue fixed in upstream repository (#826025), maybe this one is also fixed.
