They aren't.  They would be if they were in testing, but they are not.

The reason you have been prodded for autoremoval is because the fix
needs to be in *testing*, and the package weren't in testing until
yesterday morning.  Actually now it's already in testig, so it was when
the autoremoval sent out the last email.  Reason for this is that the
bug tracker still thinks -4 is not yet in testing (worse: it thinks -3
is in testing), as you can see from the version graph in the bug report.

short version: the bts should fix by itself soon, and then the
autoremoval clock should drop itself too, there are no actions needed
for this, and this RM won't help that in any way.

On the nice side, thank you for caring about non release archs too :)
