yes, for build-dep.  In that case the package had this in build-dep:
 clang-3.7 [kfreebsd-any],
 libclang-3.7-dev [kfreebsd-any],
 llvm-3.7-dev [kfreebsd-any],
 clang-3.8 [!kfreebsd-any],
 libclang-3.8-dev [!kfreebsd-any],
 llvm-3.8-dev [!kfreebsd-any],

and the autorm for llvm 3.7 caught that package too, even if the
build-dep was limited to a non release arch only.

i.e.: a different thing :)
