Package: oops
Version: 1.5.23.cvs-2.2
Followup-For: Bug #106691

I noticed that this only happens if I use my local apt-cacher. It works
like a charm when using the real archive. Perhaps this is related to
#101772 or #137444.

I suspect that 137444 is the real culprit, needs further investigation
