Package: qt5-style-plugins Version: 5.0.0-1+b4 Followup-For: Bug #843257 Dear Maintainer,
The gtk2 style has been ported from qt5.6 as a style plugin. It is already available in the qt repository ( https://github.com/qt/qtstyleplugins/tree/master/src/plugins/styles ). If I compile from source with this patch, qt5 apps inherit the gtk2 style correctly. Since the package that provided this feature has been removed from most architectures in sid ( libqt5libqgtk2 ) I believe this patch should be merged so qt5 apps can look good again. -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (900, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.8.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages qt5-style-plugins depends on: ii libc6 2.24-5 ii libqt5core5a [qtbase-abi-5-7-1] 5.7.1~20161021+dfsg-5 ii libqt5gui5 5.7.1~20161021+dfsg-5 ii libqt5widgets5 5.7.1~20161021+dfsg-5 ii libstdc++6 6.2.0-13 qt5-style-plugins recommends no packages. qt5-style-plugins suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
