This is a dependence for gnusocial and gnusocial uses genericons. We first 
thought of going with gnereicons neue but then it may break gnusocial.

Or can we package both genericons and genericons neue? Or if gnusocial upstream 
is ok with gnereicons neue then should we drop packaging gnereicons.
