Fwiw, I have done ports with your patch for sid/jessie/wheezy [1], and retested via mini-buildd and experienced no issues, i.e.: * 'reprepro include' no longer fails. * Packages get installed as before. So it seems to be fine at least how mini-buildd calls reprepro. Hth, and thx!
