Thanks for reporting this issue. It appears that ruby encounters some problem during ssl connection attempt. Unfortunately, I'm unable to reproduce it locally, so I'll need some help to triage it - three questions for starters: 1. If I understand correctly, this problem is an intermittent one (hcih sometimes works, sometimes doesn't). Is there anything in common with the environment when it happens (same network, same hours, etc.)? Or is it totally random? 2. What happens if you (re)run how-can-i-help manually just after this issue manifested itself? 3. Can you successfully download hcih UDD data dump [1] through wget or browser? Regards, T.
