Dear Maintainers,
kernel-package suggests docbook-utils that depends on jadetex that depends on
texlive-latex-base
in order to build some (actually the only one) .tex file included in the kernel
documentation,
but the current texlive cannot build the .tex file.
$ cd linux/Documentation/cdrom
$ ls
00-INDEX Makefile cdrom-standard.tex ide-cd packet-writing.txt
$ make
...
...

The use of {\sz} in cdrom-standard.tex has existed since 2007, thus the current
texlive cannot build the documentation of any recent kernel versions since then.
