While we are at it, if you want to reproduce this yourself, I wrote a

The only "unusual" thing is the fact that my machines are always
single-CPU. Sometimes that little detail may make the failure rate to
be different, but I think this is not the case here because we can see the
same build failures in the reproducible builds autobuilders as well.
