Source: libi8x Version: 0.0.5-1 Severity: important Tags: upstream Justification: fails to build from source
Builds of libi8x for kFreeBSD and the Hurd (admittedly not release architectures) have been failing due to compilation errors in libthread_db.c. On the Hurd, there is no <thread_db.h> in the first place. On kFreeBSD, there are a bunch of warnings, mostly related to the fact that psaddr_t is an integer rather than a pointer, and one outright error: libthread_db.c:698:3: error: unknown type name 'elf_greg_t' You can find the full logs at https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=libi8x&arch=hurd-i386&ver=0.0.5-1&stamp=1505051410&raw=0 https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=libi8x&arch=kfreebsd-amd64&ver=0.0.5-1&stamp=1505052145&raw=0 https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=libi8x&arch=kfreebsd-i386&ver=0.0.5-1&stamp=1505051444&raw=0 Could you please take a look? If support for either or both kernels is infeasible, you can restrict the package's Architecture field accordingly. Thanks! -- Aaron M.
