systemctl enable postfix@-
followed by
systemctl start postfix@-
to get Postfix back running.
I implemated this some weeks ago. It doesn't work.
After reboot all messages there are in Postfix queue.

This doesn't work too.
For now I've stopped all system upgrades to Debian 9 in my office
environment.
