Can confirm that the problem still persists after upgrade to 9.3 and a reboot.
Like Kurt (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=877992#40) mentioned, I had to systemctl enable postfix@- followed by systemctl start postfix@- to get Postfix back running.
