no problem, I've taken your commit (as you are the author of the change)
and just drop the case around in form of the patch for the patch queue
[1]. Short explanation why, we need to have changing a file inside the
debian folder and that exists only inside the Debian world so there is
no need to place this change into the patch queue which is needed for
modifications on the upstream source. All changes inside the debian
sub-tree are made simply a commits in the packaging branch and so also
for debian/apparmor.

Sorry, I do not follow that. I imagined it as actual change (a patch) against upstream (from apparmor-profiles) AppArmor profile to fix issue for Jessie only.

If updated AppArmor profile is imported into Jessie branch, will this change 
automatically be applied on top?
