Currently cme warns if anonscm is not used and tries to provide default value for some known case. I.e the Vcds_Browser value is computed for pkg-perl, ruby javascript team. Currently, I don't really know which are the convention that will be used by these teams. I think I'll sit on this bug until some packaging have migrated on salsa.
