I'm sorry but that might not the case. As shown in https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=python3-stdlib-extensions ,if "Buildd" column is empty and the status is "Installed", the binary is not provided automatically by the buildd network. I made a snapshot for the page in case the situation got overwritten in the future: http://archive.is/m0Hqx Please view the history of buildlog for corresponding architecture and source version where "Buildd" column is empty.
