I'm sorry but that might not the case. As shown in
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=python3-stdlib-extensions
,if "Buildd" column is empty and the status is "Installed", the binary
is not provided automatically by the buildd network.

I made a snapshot for the page in case the situation got overwritten

Please view the history of buildlog for corresponding architecture and
source version where "Buildd" column is empty. All of them shows
"Given-Back". Example can be found at
