When backporting libpam-mount from experimental to stable, the only change I
needed was
-Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 11), …
+Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 11~), …
The tilde allows ~bpo versions of debhelper to satisfy the constraint.
The debhelper(5) manpage suggestion has no tilde.
Can it have a tilde?
