Package: encfs Version: 1.9.2-2+b1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer, after uprading to encfs 1.9.2-2+b1 I was unable to mount encrypted filesystem. encfs crashed with error: encfs: malloc.c:2401: sysmalloc: Assertion `(old_top == initial_top (av) && old_size == 0) || ((unsigned long) (old_size) >= MINSIZE && prev_inuse (old_top) && ((unsigned long) old_end & (pagesize - 1)) == 0)' failed. Reverting back to encfs version 1.9.1-4 restored functionality. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: amd64 Kernel: Linux 4.16.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: sysvinit (via /sbin/init) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages encfs depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.66 ii fuse 2.9.7-1 ii libc6 2.27-3 ii libfuse2 2.9.7-1 ii libgcc1 1:8.1.0-3 ii libssl1.1 1.1.0h-2 ii libstdc++6 8.1.0-3 ii libtinyxml2-4 4.0.1-1 ii mount 2.32-0.1 encfs recommends no packages. encfs suggests no packages.
