This is quite weird. I tested on debian unstable today and the
fontconfig trigger is activated due to the fact that the package is
shipping the /usr/share/fonts/truetype directory.
However, the trigger is not activated when the package is removed and
the trigger also needs to be run in case the fonts are installed later
(if msttcorefonts/dldir was initially set to "none")
The following patch fixes these two cases
