Package: debdelta
Version: 0.62
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,

I was experimenting with some code I'm writing for using debdeltas
incrementally - I may post something in a separate bug if that works.
Anyway, during these experiments I set the URLs of the debdelta
mirrors in /etc/debdelta/sources.conf to https, but when I later
used the (regular) debdelta-upgrade program, it crashed on an
assertion error.
As I have noticed that debdeltas.debian.net offers https-connections,
could you provide support for this in your programs?

Thanks for maintaining!
-Steven
