Hi Santiago,

Note that the BTS does not Cc the submitter by default.

Right...

I have tried this and the situation is that I can reproduce your build
failure on a locally installed buster system and also in a chroot with
unstable that contains various other packages (e.g. this and that desktop
env, etc.).

However, when the build runs in a minimal chroot only containing the
packages (and their deps) as found in Build-Depends: of debian/control, then
the tests of xorg-gtest succeed.

If you really need to build this package on local systems, then we need to
find out why the build fails in over-populated-with-packages chroots and
identify a package that needs to be placed in debian/control's
Build-Conflicts: field.

I lower severity of the issue slightly, as the builds on Debian's buildd
succeed.

0.7.1-4 failed on the buildd with the same error:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=xorg-gtest&arch=all

Damn. Not so here (sbuild chroot).

Grmpf... Will take a look...
