This issue is caused by thrift no longer building successfully on armel,
armhf, i386, mips, mipsel, ppc64, and s390x (which also explain the
version diff). I have reassigned the bug to the thrift maintainers (and
CC'ed them).

The package maintainer has to resolve that problem (either by fixing the
portability issue or requesting that the binaries for no longer
supported architectures are removed).

Until this issue is resolved, we cannot binNMU libthrift to remove the
openssl 1.0 dependency. Note: if the bug is resolved by an upload, then
the packages will be rebuild automatically (i.e. a new nmu bug will not
be necessary). If the old binaries are removed, then we can binNMU
thrift to update the dependencies for libthrift-0.10.0 (assuming that is
still relevant at that time).

Thanks,
~Niels
