thanks for pointing this out.  now, i should mention that i neither
christian nor i have much experience with runit, and i don't really
have a spare system lying around that i can experiment with.  so, if one
of you two could verify that the debian runit script works, i don't think it
would be a problem to put it into the next upload.  is there anything
else that would need to be done on our end, or would simply providing
the script be enough?
