Package: volumeicon-alsa
Version: 0.5.1+git20170117-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

dear maintainer,

Ran apt full-upgrade this morning; had been holding off because of Perl upgrade
but apt said I was good to go this morning.

After rebooting both machines (both Dell Precision laptops, one first-gen and
one fourth-gen i7) for a kernel upgrade I noticed CPU temps above 85°C.

Ran glances to find out what the problem was and found a single core running at
100% on both machines. Killed volumeicon on both machines and temps returned
to normal. Restarting volumeicon caused temps to rise again.
