Thanks for the patch. My only concern is that setting _FILE_OFFSET_BITS in the pkg-config file might surprise rdeps by having LFS silently turned on when they weren't expecting it (especially if they don't work with LFS for some reason). I'll probably ask upstream about what they think about this first. James
