I have WebKitGTK+ installed and thought it was odd that check-security-support didn't have anything to say. Notes on the Debian security tracker [1] indicate that webkit2gtk isn't covered by security support. Assuming this is correct, I think duplicating the entry for webkitgtk is fine, except possibly removing the note about backports being infeasible since they appear to be regularly updated in Stretch [2] and to a lesser extent in Jessie.
