They will be installed in the place the package installs them. Note that there are no /bin -> /usr/bin symlink in the staging area where the package is built (i.e. debian/${package} or debian/tmp). Packages have to continue shipping binaries in /bin unless we decide to make merged-/usr mandatory and convert existing systems. Ansgar
