Hi,
>From the last email, changes such as:
"Long description is missing. Short description far exceeds 80 chars.
source/format being "3.0 (native)" is also questionable."
were requested and have been corrected. As for the unacceptable lines in d/rules, we are currently in the midst of changing the build process to include the creation of the binaries (ex. *.jar).
I've also modified my package openliberty:
* Package name : openliberty
Version : 19.0.0.1-1ubuntu1
Upstream Author : https://groups.io/g/openliberty
* URL : https://openliberty.io/
* License : EPL-1.0
Section : java
It builds those binary packages:
openliberty - Server runtime for Java developers

Changes since the last upload:
openliberty (19.0.0.1-1ubuntu1) unstable; urgency=medium
* Fixed many lintian errors and warnings
* Added template argument in 'create' script
* Added java weak dependency
* Added SystemD service files for instance servers

We are currently looking into the debian policy manuals and lintian errors for more improvements on our package. We also appreciate any more constructive criticism to help us get this package up-to-standard for the Debian repository.
Yours Sincerely,
