Hi Joost, that sounds sensible. Could you start this discussion, please? You seem to have done quite a bit of research for other projects. Apart from that, I thought that maybe the first upload should go to experimental. The addition of Japanese requires the package to go through NEW anyway, and if we decide to have the files on the mirrors, re-adding the BYHAND rules seems to be rather easy. Regards, Tobias
