You can only install either the Debian package of ublock-origin or the
official addon from Firefox' add-on manager. It is not possible to have
both of them installed at the same time. So I feel there is no need to
mention it in the description. As usual users can choose whether they
want to install something from Debian or if they prefer another source.
I recommend the Debian package of course.
