This is basically fuse3's equivalent of #935496. I think this deserves
a RC severity: it makes the package uninstallable.

This appears to be a regression since buster, where the same package
installs successfully. Maybe udev became more strict about the parameters
to udevadm?

It would also be helpful if the postinst had less "> /dev/null 2>&1" so
