OK, from existing users there are no visible consequences and a bug is fixed. I just meant that probably should be documented somewhere that runit uses .simlink to mark a service as disabled. > What buggy behaviour will this change cause for git-run users? git-daemon-run use 'update-service --remove' in its maint scripts, so after #942320 patch is applied, it will set git daemon as disabled on remove (as it was a user choice) and it will delete the setting on install.
