Sorry, wrong commit. It was actually e7a23ec5 two months earlier. Anyway, this is a change to debian/patches/fixes/Allow-.js-preference-files-to-set-locked-prefs-with-lockP.patch which looks at least superficially as a Debian-specific change (I couldn't find the patch queue branch and dig into the history any further).
