Package: ftp.debian.org
Severity: normal

Hi!
Please remove vmemcache on all 32-bit architectures. I'm giving up on
trying to keep it ported -- upstream supports only 64-bit, and it's
exceedingly unlikely any 32-bit archs will ever have hardware this
library is optimized for (chroots notwithstanding).

There are currently no reverse dependencies in Debian, and among users
I know, most do it via Apache Spark -- making each multi-terabyte
instance only a small piece of the overall dataset. So no, 3GB is
not enough for anybody.

Thus, please drop 32-bit binaries. I have nothing against
kfreebsd-amd64, but it doesn't seem likely the toolchain will be
repaired anytime soon, so it might be worthwhile dropping outdated
packages there as well for now.

Meow!
