It would be really great if this package would receive an update before the Bullseye freeze/release.
Upstream moved to https://github.com/nhorman/rng-tools/ as both Sjoerd and bug #970388 mentioned. Release 6.10 (https://github.com/nhorman/rng-tools/releases/tag/v6.10) would already be a great improvement, but if you'd use a recent snapshot (ceb30b2ea or later), that would also fix bug #847962. I already tried to entice upstream maintainer to release a new version in https://github.com/nhorman/rng-tools/issues/105#issuecomment-732994509 but coming from the maintainer of Debian's package of it may likely carries more weight.
