It would be great if you could use this one. Please verify that the
file has a PO-Revision-Date of 2020-11-19 22:04-0500 or later.

The ideal case would be diffutils releasing a new version. However,
that is unlikely to happen in near future.

I will try to cancel it but I'm not sure whether it would work (I have
never cancelled a deferred upload before). In case my attempt does not
succeed, you should be able to upload a cancel command as well.

The POT template and the version string included is handled by the
software upstream. Maybe we need to contact diffutils upstream instead
of Benno.

The so-called "canonical upstream" is actually
https://git.savannah.gnu.org/git/diffutils.git/ but the git repo does
not include translation files. The PO files seem to be hosted on TP
site.
