libvirt cannot be cross built from source, because its Build-Depends:
qemu-system-common now results in a conflict. The direct dependency asks
for the host architecture qemu-system-common and a Multi-Arch: foreign
qemu frontend also depends on qemu-system-common, which becomes a build
architecture dependency.

According to the git history, qemu-system-common was Multi-Arch:
foreign. Then you moved qemu modules into it and (rightly) removed the
foreign annotation. At a later point it seems that the modules were
moved out again (e.g. to qemu-system-gui) and now I cannot find any
modules in qemu-system-common anymore.

Can we mark it Multi-Arch: foreign again?

libvirt wants qemu-bridge-helper. What is the correct dependency for
that tool? It presently uses qemu-system-common and that's ok if it
becomes M-A:foreign again.
