Bug#925894: fcgiwrap: ${DAEMON_OPTS} in fcgiwrap.service expands into just one parameter

This issue is still present.  The suggested fix seems to work well
(see the patch in the OP).

One must include the original DAEMON_OPTS when overriding them (-f
flag), but that's not so bad.
