Most people don't read the official release notes if they don't have 
to. So if there's no one who would speak about some important change 
at the Debian lvl, no one will even bother with the official release 
notes, and it's not just for TB, but it's a general rule. That's why 
the Debian news/changelogs files are so important.

It's sad that people think in this way. But if TB wants to have 
less and less user base, I think it's on the right way. And we all 
know where it ends.
