No, I'm sorry, I tried to summarize but obviously I was not clear. The problem persists, even after the system upgrade I did today. But the reboot of the session where I ran `apt upgrade` wasn't affected, I don't know if the upgrade process ends or restart cinnamon-launcher or what else.
