this thing is ready for a while but desactivated. For now, pkg-js-tools
only detects Gruntfile.js but doesn't fail if grunt fails. Proposition:
- autodetect all (rollup.config.js, Gruntfile.js, tsconfig.json,...)
- fail if build fails. Then only packages with these files and without
an "override_dh_auto_build" will fail, so just a few list and
probably some bad package (such as libjs-angular-file-upload which
was not really DFSG)
There are too many packages to reverse-build for my little computer then
I propose to:
* upload these change in experimental,
* wait a few days for test
* push pkg-js-tools to unstable
* fix all FTBFS that will appear (probably just a few list, at least
an empty "override_dh_auto_build" will fix the problem)
