Greetings! This appears to be related to the make bug in recent revision that proved to be the cause of the recent FTBS atlas bug report. The prerequesite order is being altered, with the Linux_$(MY_ISA)_clean being executed after the libraries are timed and built, causing them not to be found when installation is attempted. Will try to upload a workaround soon.
