there seems to be one manpage (in bootlogd) missing conflict handling: /usr/share/man/fr/man8/bootlogd.8.gz Preparing to unpack .../bootlogd_3.05-1_amd64.deb ... Unpacking bootlogd (3.05-1) ... dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/bootlogd_3.05-1_amd64.deb (--unpack): trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/fr/man8/bootlogd.8.gz', which is also in package manpages-fr 4.15.0-7 Errors were encountered while processing: /var/cache/apt/archives/bootlogd_3.05-1_amd64.deb Andreas PS: Please don't consider using Replaces without corresponding Breaks, the "lost files" after removal are likely spotted by some ci/piuparts tests resulting in RC bugs.
