Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal I took over the libtext-string-hexconvert-perl package via ITS process (see #1018938). Since the package is named String::HexConvert upstream the canonical package name is libstring-hexconvert-perl (without "text-"). So I uploaded the package with the new (canonical) name and it is now available in sid as libstring-hexconvert-perl.
So the old libtext-string-hexconvert-perl can/should now removed from unstable. Since libtext-string-hexconvert-perl neither is available in stable (bullseye) nor in testing (bookworm), it's enough to remove it from unstable. If somebody still has libtext-string-hexconvert-perl installed from oldstable (buster) and jumps to the new version, libstring-hexconvert-perl Breaks/Conflicts libtext-string-hexconvert-perl.
