When it was happening, it happened at the end of the package build, when the build-dependencies are being uninstalled.
After double-checking now, I'm unable to reproduce it myself, and I don't know why it happened to me before.
Closing as invalid. Sorry for the noise, I wrongly believed this was a general problem.
