Can you please recompile the sendmail package with _FFR_MTA_STS enabled, as described in the sendmail release notes for version 8.17.1/8.17.1 2021/08/17 line 25 Experimental support for SMTP MTA Strict Transport Security The sts.m4 file for FEATURE(sts) is already in the package.
