Would a 'move /etc/systemd/system/default.target.wants/e2scrub_reap.service
to /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/e2scrub_reap.service if the
source file exists' during the postinst be enough to restore consistency here,
and satisfy piuparts?

If waiting to the point-release is better, then I'm OK with that. I have some
slight frustration about the path divergence - because I think consistent
results are important for robust packaging - but if there's higher risk of
breakage or a sense that it's too late to fix for bookworm, I can accept that.
