Installation shows an "error" because it tries to connect to database with configuration defaults (will fail at first install if default user/password does not exists in database, and this is fine).
In case of "failure" using found configuration (/usr/share/gmod/chado/conf/gmod-chado.conf) , it explains the expected setup steps to user and exists with code 0.
