This was long blocked by Debian not having pipectl packaged and me initially
not being sure whether demand for pipectl was there for it to be packaged in
distros.

wl-mirror 0.16.1 makes pipectl optional for wl-present (but still recommended),
so this is now definitely easily possible, but I will also see that pipectl
makes it into Debian for the further future as well.

I will release wl-mirror 0.16.1-2 with wl-present included and will create an
ITP for pipectl. Once that is in Debian, I will add pipectl as an optional
dependency (Recommends) to wl-mirror.

Pinging Simon Quigley: Would you sponsor the pipectl package as well?
