Closing this bug because it no longer applies some 15 years later: - The directory /etc/logcheck is no longer setgid (since bookworm), - Rules can have any permissions (as long as logcheck can read them). (the default is 644 and root:root (which means harder to delete rules files). - so no need for dh_logcheck to be patched here therefore, closing as no more bug. (But feel free to reopen if there is anything more to do)
